Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Z-Rex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Magic Brick Breaker (the “Game”), available on Google Play and other platforms we may support.
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information stored on your device
The Game saves progress locally on your device, including:
- Game progress (levels unlocked, scores, stars, diamonds)
- Inventory items (such as power-ups)
- Settings (language preference, sound and music toggles)
This data is stored in the app’s private storage area and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not operate user accounts or a cloud save service for the Game at this time.
1.2 Information collected by third-party advertising
The Game uses Google AdMob to show rewarded video advertisements only when you voluntarily choose to watch an ad in exchange for in-game benefits (for example, extra balls or a board reset). We do not show banner ads, interstitial ads, or app-open ads in the current version of the Game.
When you interact with ads, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as:
- Advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID on Android)
- Device type, operating system version, and general location (country/region level)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, completions)
- IP address and technical identifiers used for ad delivery and measurement

1.3 Information we do not collect directly
We do not require you to create an account. We do not knowingly collect:
- Your name, postal address, or phone number
- Payment information (the Game is free to play; any future in-app purchases would be processed by the app store)
- Precise GPS location
- Contacts, photos, or other personal files on your device
2. How We Use Information
We use information as follows:
- Local game data: to save your progress and preferences on your device
- Advertising data (via AdMob): to deliver rewarded ads you request, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud
- Support communications: if you email us, we use your message and email address only to respond to your inquiry
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on:
- Contract / legitimate interest: storing local game data necessary to provide the Game
- Consent: where required for personalized advertising—you can manage ad personalization in your device settings (see Section 6)
- Legitimate interest: responding to support requests
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these cases:
- Google AdMob: when you choose to view rewarded ads, as described above
- App stores: Google Play may collect data according to its own policies when you download or update the Game
- Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
5. Children’s Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@z-rex.net and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
6. Your Choices and Rights
6.1 Advertising choices
You can limit ad personalization on your device:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (wording may vary by device)
- Reset Advertising ID: available in the same Ads settings menu on Android
Rewarded ads are optional. You are never required to watch an ad to play the core Game.
6.2 Delete local data
Uninstalling the Game removes locally stored progress from your device. You may also clear app data via your device’s application settings before uninstalling.
6.3 Rights for EEA/UK and other regions
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@z-rex.net. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email support@z-rex.net with the subject line “California Privacy Request”.
7. Data Retention
- Local game data: retained on your device until you delete the app or clear its data
- Ad-related data: retained by Google according to Google’s retention policies
- Support emails: retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, unless a longer period is required by law
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information within our control. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Data stored locally is protected by your device’s operating system.
9. International Transfers
If you use the Game outside your home country, information processed by Google AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Google provides appropriate safeguards as described in its privacy documentation.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or on the app store listing where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
